How we selected and checked
We first select shops within each food category. Their order follows the number of recorded visit videos with at least 100,000 views, counting each channel once. Equal counts retain the editorial order. This is a limited source collection, not a national survey or a taste score.
We compared video titles, descriptions and public shop information. These are research notes, not personal visits or taste reviews. Video dates are publication dates.
Public view counts were checked on 2026-10-23. The shop-reference date belongs to that record. It does not certify current opening hours.
Older videos can show different menus, prices or branches. Confirm current details with the shop before visiting.
