1. 이 사이트가 하는 일

mostwatched(뭐 봐?)는 유튜브, 넷플릭스, 웨이브, 네이버 시리즈, 네이버웹툰, 치지직에서 지금 많이 보는 것과 인스타그램 팔로워 순위를 순위표로 보여 주고, 각 줄을 누르면 그 플랫폼으로 이동시키는 사이트입니다. 영상이나 작품을 이 사이트에서 재생하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 음식점 표는 운영자가 고른 가게와 그 가게를 찾아간 유튜브 영상을 보여 줍니다(8절).

2. 순위의 성격

유튜브 표는 이 사이트가 직접 세는 집계이며 유튜브가 발표하는 순위가 아닙니다. 넷플릭스, 웨이브, 네이버, 치지직 표는 각 플랫폼이 공개한 순위를 그대로 옮긴 것입니다. 인스타그램 표는 공개된 순위 자료의 팔로워 수를 매달 정리한 것이며, 인물 사진은 위키미디어 공용(Wikimedia Commons)의 자유 라이선스 사진입니다(저작자와 라이선스는 그 표 아래에 적습니다). 집계와 옮기는 과정에서 지연이나 오류가 있을 수 있고, 이 사이트는 순위의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.

유튜브 표는 YouTube API 서비스를 씁니다. mostwatched(뭐 봐?)를 쓰면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것입니다.

3. 이용자의 권리와 의무

누구나 로그인 없이 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 좋아요와 별로예요는 한 사람이 항목마다 하루 한 번만 셉니다. 자동화된 방법으로 반복해서 누르거나 수치를 조작하는 행위는 금지하며, 그런 흔적은 집계에서 제외할 수 있습니다.

이 사이트는 정보를 제공할 뿐이며, 이동한 플랫폼에서 일어나는 시청, 결제, 계정 문제에 관여하지 않습니다. 서비스는 예고 없이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다.

6. 광고

사이트 운영을 위해 웹사이트에 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. iOS 앱 「뭐 봐?」에도 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고에는 번호를 붙이지 않고 「광고」라고 표시합니다.

7. 게시판

게시판 이용 — 게시판은 누구나 가입 없이 읽고 쓸 수 있습니다. 가입과 로그인은 없습니다. 글과 댓글에는 쓸 때 적은 닉네임이 붙습니다(비우면 「익명」). 글과 댓글은 쓸 때 넣은 비밀번호로만 고치거나 지울 수 있습니다. 비밀번호는 본인이 기억해야 하며, 잊었으면 아래 메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

쓰기 제한 — 글은 2~500자, 댓글은 1~300자입니다. 한 사람이 하루에 글 5개, 댓글 30개까지 쓸 수 있습니다. 같은 접속 주소에서는 글을 30초에 1개, 10분에 10개까지 쓸 수 있습니다. 댓글은 5초에 1개, 1분에 5개까지 쓸 수 있습니다. 링크와 연락처가 든 글과 댓글은 등록되지 않습니다. 같은 글은 하루에 한 번만 올릴 수 있습니다. 자동 프로그램으로 보낸 글은 받지 않습니다.

쓸 수 없는 글 — 다음 글은 올릴 수 없고, 올라오면 알리지 않고 숨기거나 지웁니다(정보통신망법 제44조의7 이 정한 불법정보를 포함합니다): 음란한 내용, 남을 비방할 목적으로 사실이나 거짓을 드러내 명예를 훼손하는 글, 특정 집단을 향한 혐오 표현, 남의 개인정보(실명·연락처·주소 등), 불법 촬영물, 도박·불법 대출·마약 같은 불법 행위의 광고, 저작권을 침해하는 글, 링크·연락처를 이용한 광고와 도배, 같은 글의 반복.

신고와 숨김 — 누구나 글과 댓글을 신고할 수 있습니다. 한 사람은 같은 글을 한 번만 신고할 수 있습니다. 서로 다른 세 사람이 신고하면 자동으로 숨겨집니다. 운영자는 신고된 글과 숨겨진 글을 보고 되살리거나 지웁니다.

삭제·임시조치 요청 — 자기 권리(명예, 사생활 등)가 침해되었다고 생각하는 사람은 ilwoongpark@gmail.com 으로 해당 글의 위치, 침해 내용, 연락처를 적어 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 지체 없이 글을 지우거나 숨기고, 요청한 사람에게 알립니다. 권리 침해인지 판단하기 어렵거나 다툼이 예상되면 최대 30일 동안 글을 숨기는 임시조치를 합니다(정보통신망법 제44조의2). 글쓴이는 그 기간 안에 다시 올려 달라고 요청할 수 있습니다.

이용 제한 — 위 규칙을 어긴 글과 댓글은 지웁니다.

예전 계정 — 2026-09-29 전까지는 원하는 사람이 아이디로 가입할 수 있었습니다. 그때 만든 계정은 이제 쓰이지 않습니다. 그 계정 정보나 그 계정으로 쓴 글을 지우고 싶으면 ilwoongpark@gmail.com 으로 아이디를 적어 요청해 주세요.

글의 권리 — 글의 권리는 쓴 사람에게 있습니다. 쓴 사람은 이 사이트가 그 글을 게시판에 보여 주는 데 필요한 범위에서 쓰는 것을 허락합니다.

8. 운영자 추천 목록의 정정과 제외

음식점 표는 운영자가 고른 가게 목록입니다. 줄마다 상호, 지점, 시군구, 대표 메뉴와 그 가게를 찾아간 유튜브 영상 한 편을 보입니다. 순서는 표 아래 접힌 도움말과 순위 만드는 법에 적은 규칙을 따릅니다. 가게와 돈을 주고받지 않으며, 요청을 받고 순서를 바꾸지 않습니다.

창구 — 정정과 제외 요청은 ilwoongpark@gmail.com 으로 받습니다. 가게 이름과 요청 내용을 적어 주십시오.

받으면 — 그 줄을 지체 없이 내리고 요청한 사람에게 알립니다. 표는 그 줄 없이 다시 섭니다.

사실 오류 — 폐업, 다른 지점, 잘못 이은 가게는 자료를 고치고 순서를 다시 셉니다.

제외 요청 — 가게가 제외를 요청하면 사유를 묻지 않습니다. 제외 목록에 올리고 다시 넣지 않습니다.

다툼 — 판단하기 어려우면 최대 30일 동안 그 줄을 내리는 임시조치를 한 뒤 판단하고 알립니다. 요청과 처리 기록은 1년 동안 보관합니다.

What this service does

mostwatched (뭐 봐?) shows what people in Korea are watching right now on YouTube, Netflix, Wavve, Naver Series, Naver Webtoon and Chzzk, and the most-followed Korean Instagram accounts, as ranked lists. Tapping a row takes you to that platform. Nothing is played, hosted or supplied here. The Food lists show shops picked by the operator, each with a YouTube video that visits it.

What the rankings are

The YouTube lists are counted by this service itself and are not YouTube’s own chart. The Netflix, Wavve, Naver and Chzzk lists reproduce the rankings those services publish. The Instagram list gathers follower counts from public ranking pages once a month, and its photos are free-licensed Wikimedia Commons images (author and licence are listed under that list). Delays and mistakes are possible in both, and the accuracy of a ranking is not guaranteed.

The YouTube lists use YouTube API Services. By using mostwatched, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Using it

Anyone may use it, free and without an account. Thumbs up and down count once per person, per item, per day; pressing them automatically or repeatedly to move a number is not allowed, and such records may be left out of the count.

Other people’s material

The titles, channel names, thumbnails and posters on the lists belong to the platforms and to the rights holders, and are shown in order to point at the original page. A rights holder who would rather an item were not shown can write to the address below; it comes down as soon as that is confirmed. The writing and the layout of this service are its own.

Limits

This service only points the way. It takes no part in the viewing, payment or account matters that happen on the platform you go to, and it may change or stop without notice.

Advertising

Advertising may appear on the website and in the iOS app “mostwatched in Korea”, to pay for running them. It is labelled as advertising and is never mixed into a list as if it were a ranked item.

The board

Using the board — Anyone can read and write on the board without an account; there is no sign-up and no log-in. A post or a comment carries the nickname typed when it was written (empty: “Anonymous”). Only the password set when it was written can edit or delete it. Keep that password yourself; if you lose it, ask by e-mail to have the post deleted.

Limits on writing — A post is 2 to 500 characters; a comment is 1 to 300. One person can write 5 posts and 30 comments a day. One IP address can write one post in 30 seconds and 10 posts in 10 minutes, and one comment in 5 seconds and 5 comments in a minute. A post or comment with a link or contact details is not accepted. The same post is accepted once a day. Posts sent by an automated program are not accepted.

Not allowed — The following posts are not allowed and are hidden or removed without notice (including illegal information under the Korean Network Act art. 44-7): obscene material; defamation, true or false, meant to damage someone; hate speech against a group; other people’s personal data (real name, contact details, address, etc.); illegally filmed material; ads for gambling, illegal loans, drugs or other illegal acts; copyright infringement; ads and flooding using links or contact details; the same post again and again.

Reports and hiding — Anyone can report a post or a comment. One person can report the same item once. Reports from three different people hide it automatically. The operator reviews reported and hidden items and restores or removes them.

Removal and temporary measures — If you believe a post violates your rights (reputation, privacy, etc.), e-mail ilwoongpark@gmail.com with where the post is, what it violates, and how to reach you. The operator removes or hides it without delay and tells you. Where it is hard to judge or a dispute is likely, the post is hidden for up to 30 days as a temporary measure (Korean Network Act art. 44-2); the author may ask for it to be restored within that time.

Restrictions — Posts and comments that break these rules are removed.

Earlier accounts — Until 29 September 2026 anyone who wanted could sign up with a user ID. Those accounts are no longer used. To have such an account’s data, or the posts written with it, deleted, e-mail ilwoongpark@gmail.com with the user ID.

Your posts — You keep the rights to what you write. You allow this site to use it as far as is needed to show it on the board.

Corrections and removal on the operator’s picks

The Food lists are shops picked by the operator. A row shows the shop’s name, branch, district and main dish, and one YouTube video that visits the shop. The order follows the rule in the folded help under the list and on How the lists are made. No money changes hands with any shop, and no request changes the order.

Where to write — Send corrections and removal requests to ilwoongpark@gmail.com. Name the shop and say what you ask for.

On receipt — The row comes down without delay, and the sender is told. The list stands again without that row.

Wrong facts — A closed shop, another branch or a wrongly matched shop is corrected in the data, and the order is counted again.

Removal — A shop that asks to be removed is not asked why. It goes on the removal list and does not come back.

Disputes — When a case is hard to judge, the row comes down for up to 30 days as a temporary measure. Then the operator decides and tells the sender. Requests and their handling are kept for one year.
